The United States Army Research Laboratory (ARL), along with the University of Southern California (USC) Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT) held a ribbon cutting ceremony to signal the opening of ARL West, April 13.
ARL West is based at the USC ICT and will house a collage of groups with backgrounds in areas such as computational sciences, sensors and human factors. It is expected to be the laboratory’s largest university research outpost.
