We sat down with Fleet Command Master Chief Crispian Addington, the Senior Enlisted Leader for EUCOM to discuss the Value of senior enlisted leader involvement at symposiums such as the Chiefs of Defense conference held in Slovenia recently. Addington explained the value of working together as a team to complete the mission.

Senior enlisted involvement is paramount to getting information to the lowest level as well as bringing those senior enlisted leaders together to form strong bonds for the future.
