THE MISSOURI NATIONAL GUARDS HOMELAND RESPONSE FORCE HOSTED A TRAINING EXCHANGE PROGRAM WITH THE PANAMANIAN ARMY ON DISASTER RESPONSE. COL SHARON MARTIN TALKS ABOUT HER HOPES FOR THE EXERCISE.
