HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND DRUMMER IAN ALWARD WAS SELECTED FROM THOUSANDS TO PLAY IN THE HALFTIME SHOW OF THE US ARMY ALL AMERICAN BOWL, CARRYING ON A FAMILY TRADITION OF SERVICE TO THE US ARMY.
"WHEN MY DAD JOINED THE ARMY AT FIRST I DIDN’T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT MEANT. ALL THE HONOR AND SELF SERVICE HE LEARNED AND BROUGHT TO OUR FAMILY. IT PUSHES ME. ITS REALLY COOL TO SEE ALL THOSE ARMY SOLDIERS STANDING UP BECAUSE ITS GOING TO BE SOMETHING TO REMEMBER FOREVER ."
