Commandant of the Marine Corps, General Robert B Neller, released the second episode of his Message to the Force and spoke about the importance of Marines maintaining their warfighter mindset.
"The call came tonight at zero dark thirty, if I called you, no matter where you are and said, we are leaving in the morning, are you ready? Mental, physical, spiritual, is your family ready? We could get all the money in the world, we could get all the new gear in the world, but if we don't have commitment it won't matter, you're the weapon system, all of us need to do more to get combat ready."
