U.S. and Indonesian Armed Forces worked together on a construction project in preparation for Cobra Gold 18 at Thung Song Honsa School in Chachoengsao, Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 31. Cobra Gold is an annual exercise conducted in the Kingdom of Thailand and will take place from Feb. 13-23.

World War II Marine Veteran and Medal of Honor recipient Woody Williams participated in the coin toss to kick off Super Bowl 52 in Minneapolis, Minnesota February 4th. Williams received the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions during the battle of Iwo Jima and is the only living World War II Medal of Honor recipient.
U.S. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division visited Namisato Preschool, a japanese school in Okinawa, Japan to teach English, volunteer and build community relations, Jan. 30.
