Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Paul Selva and distinguished guests visited Naval Station Rota on the last stop of their 2018 USO Spring Tour. The guests walked aboard the USS Carney (DDG-64), took a tour of NAVSTA Rota, and held a meet and greet for service members and their families. Celebrities such as comedian Jon Stewart, chef Robert Irvine, country singer Craig Morgan, UFC fighters Paige VanZant and Max Holloway and NBA All-Star Richard "Rip" Hamilton gave service members the taste of the home that is often missed while stationed overseas.
