The Vermont National Guard's 572nd Brigade Engineer Battalion (BEB), 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Mountain), is playing a key role at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) in Ft. Polk, Louisiana. The 572nd BEB is supporting the 86th IBCT (MTN) by monitoring the entire area of operation and protecting and defending the brigade's infantry units.
