Foggo, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa (CNE-A), shared his thoughts on exercise Sea Breeze and his trip to celebrate the Ghanaian navy’s 60th anniversary and attend the International Maritime Defense Exhibition and Conference.
