The Marine Corps recently released MARADMIN 523/20 on Sept. 14, 2020. MARADMIN 523/20 outlines new requirements for the SNCO Foreign affairs program. The purpose of the program is to provide MAGTF commanders with language, regional expertise and cultural capabilities at the tactical and operational level.
