NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Apr. 15, 2025) Command Master Chief Donald Alvarado, Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain, joins AFN Rota for his monthly radio show, "CMC Super Show," accompanied by Lt. Cmdr. Tomek Maka, a chaplain at NAVSTA Rota's Chapel, and Religious Program Specialist 2nd Class Joseph Hunley, to talk about Holy Week in Spain and services provided at the base chapel, Apr. 15, 2025. As the "Gateway to the Mediterranean,” NAVSTA Rota provides U.S. NATO and allied forces a strategic hub for operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
