U.S. forces hold a humvee drivers certification course for Ninewah province police so that they don't have to travel nearly 200 miles to Taji for the course. The IP's cannot get humvee's for their unit until they complete the course. It has saved the IP's cost of travel expenses and let them stay close to their families....
