Army Futures Command (AFC) hosts an annual Best Squad Competition, in which the top Soldiers from US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), US Army Central (ARCENT), US Army North (ARNORTH), US Army South (ARSOUTH), US Army Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC), and the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) compete to earn the honor of representing their command in the US Army Best Squad Competition this Fall.
