Led by U.S. Sixth Fleet, and executed by Striking Forces NATO (STRIKFORNATO), BALTOPS will be led by U.S. Vice Adm. Gene Black, Commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet and Striking Forces NATO. Royal British Navy Rear Adm. James Morley, STRIKFORNATO deputy commander, will command the exercise control group. show less
