Central Accord is an annual-joint-peacekeeping exercise focused on command proficiency for a United Nations peacekeeping operation; improving multi-echelon operations; developing multinational logistical and communications capabilities in an austere, forward environment; and improving regional ability to command, control, and support forward deployed forces. CA15 will exercise a scenario in which U.S. Army Africa (USARAF), along with African and European military partners, lead a peacekeeping force in the Central African Republic.
