    Soldiers from U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and the People’s Republic of China’s (PRC) People’s Liberation Army (PLA) participate in a Disaster Management Exchange (DME) on the Island of Hawaii from Nov. 13-26. The 2019 DME is a U.S. hosted exchange focused on an international HA/DR scenario and will occur in three parts: an Expert Academic Discussion, a Table Top Exchange, and a Practical Field Exchange. This is the 15th iteration of this exchange between the PLA and USARPAC.
