    Eager Response 19 is a bilateral explosive ordnance disposal and mine countermeasures exercise between Kuwait and the United States. The exercise will fortify military-to-military relationships between the Kuwait Naval Force and U.S. Navy, advancing the operational capabilities of Kuwaiti and U.S. forces to operate together in the maritime domain.
