    HYDRA III 2024 (HYDRA 24) is a bi-lateral exercise between the US Army and the Colombian Army (COLAR) in Fuerte Militar de Tolemaida, Colombia (FMT). HYDRA 24 is the third iteration of the HYDRA exercise series and will involve 82nd Airborne Division Soldiers participating in a joint airborne operation followed by actions on an objective. The exercise aims to enhance the technical, procedural, and human interoperability between Colombian and U.S.
