Ready Reliable Care is the MHS' effort to advance high reliability across the enterprise. High reliability organizations achieve great outcomes while operating in complex, high-risk environments. Ready Reliable Care builds on existing service-level high reliability efforts and encourages specific behaviors consistent with high reliability principles and domains of change, for all staff across all functions. Ready Reliable Care isn't another project to work on in addition to everything else - it's a critical part of how to get everything else right.
