Co-hosted by the Marine Corps League and the Marine Corps Association, Modern Day Marine brings together senior leaders, foreign allies, and industry partners to discuss the initiatives, programs and equipment required to ensure the success of the Marine Corps, today and in the future.
The final day of Modern Day Marine 2022 brought insights on the way ahead for human performance and talent management initiatives in the Marine Corps. Attendees listened in on two significant panel discussions and heard the latest updates on Talent Management 2030 and Training and Education 2030.
The second day of Modern Day Marine 2022 brought additional updates on Force Design 2030 and the value of multinational military and industry partnerships though a series of speaker panels. Throughout the day, Marine and partner nations military leadership hosted discussions in the main briefing room at the Walter E. Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
On the first day of Modern Day Marine 2022, Marine Corps leaders provided updates on Force Design 2030, focusing on experimentation, logistics, and maritime operations in the littorals. Throughout the day, speakers described the concepts and initiatives currently underway, while maintaining a focus on the individual Marine and the role human factors play in the future success of the Marine Corps.
