The All-Americans have demonstrated a willingness to confront battles on behalf of their communities and themselves - and the determination to win. The program provides Marines with several opportunities to purposefully engage the student leaders and share leadership lessons that will enhance their future success. During the school year, students are recognized in front of their peers for their accomplishments and selection to the program. During the academy, students experience leadership lessons at the Marine Corps Officer Candidates School, conduct team building events, perform community service and complete a history-themed scavenger hunt on the National Mall. The All-Americans network with influential members of the business, educational, service and professional athletic fields to inform the important decisions they will make with regards to finding their purpose. show less
