    Marine Corps Recruiting Command in Quantico, VA will host nearly 150 high school students for the third-annual Summer Leadership and Character Development Academy, July 20 - 26, 2014. SLCDA is unique in that it has the potential to reach MCRC's target demographics and key publics simultaneously. The program directly affects high school juniors and seniors while being strictly promoted as a community outreach program.
