Exercise Sentry Savannah, held annually at the Air Dominance Center in Savannah, Georgia, is the Air National Guard’s premier counter-air exercise for 4th- and 5th-generation fighter aircraft. Bringing together over 1000 participants from across the nation, the exercise hones air-to-air tactics and ground-to-air strategies critical to operational success. By advancing air dominance capabilities, Sentry Savannah plays a vital role in supporting the United States National Defense Strategy to protect and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. These exercises ensure our warfighters remain ready to integrate, operate, and execute air superiority across the full spectrum of conflict.
