Exercise Southern Star 25 is a Chilean led full-scale Special Operations, Joint, and Combined Employment Exercise. The multinational exercise is focused on strengthening readiness, capabilities, and interoperability of participating forces. Southern Star is sponsored by U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and executed under the responsibility of Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH).
