Sovereign Guardian 2016 is a full scale exercise involving the intentional simulated use of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and/or high-yield explosives occurring during a Presidential Inauguration designed to meet as many partner agency objectives as possible. A concept and objectives meeting will be facilitated to determine the scope and objectives followed by an initial planning meeting to determine exercise scenarios, clearly define exercise participants and align core capabilities.
