The 2018 Warbirds Over Wanaka International Airshow will take place at the Wanaka Airport, Luggate, New Zealand, Mar. 31-Apr. 1, 2018. The biennial event is the largest ‘Warbird’ Airshow in the Southern Hemisphere; this year will mark the 30th anniversary since its inception in 1988. WOW 18 will showcase Pacific Air Force’s F-16 Fighting Falcon Aerial Demonstration Team out of Misawa Air Base, Japan, and the C-17 Globemaster III Aerial Demonstration Team from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii
