All Hands Update: Sailors Mentor at Boy Scouts Jamboree
This edition features a story on sailors mentoring at the Boy Scouts of America Jamboree.
Between 30,000 and 40,000 Boy Scouts from around the world will be here in Beckley, WV starting Sunday and will start scouting activity Monday. This event only takes place every four years.<br /> <br /> <br /> As stated by law, the DoD supports this event with aviation, medical, logistics and support assets. We will have roughly 1,300 DoD members here in WV monitoring and communicating with the Boy Scouts in an effort to help them have a safe and enjoyable jamboree.
