Fuerzas Aliadas Humanitarias (FA-HUM) 2018 is a U.S. Army South Foreign Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief exercise which is designed to build Partner Nation capacity for civil and military response to major disasters, and to improve/strengthen regional civil-military collaboration.
