The 182nd Airlift Wing’s Human Resource Advisor section hosted a meet-and-greet Nov. 3, 2019, at the All Ranks Club to give Airmen an opportunity to meet and establish relationships mentors. The event was a significant step forward in formalizing a mentorship outlet, the goal being to promote “a climate of inclusion that can help foster and develop strengths, perspectives and capabilities of all Airmen.” (U.S. Air National Guard graphic by Senior Airman Jay Grabiec)
