This design was created for Command Fitness Leader (CFL) and Appointment as Assistant Command Fitness Leader (ACFL) T-shirts for USS Port Royal (CG 73). King Neptune and his trident represent the physical and mental strength it takes to be a CFL/ACFL. His motion of emerging from the sea represents the power of our great Navy. The Spartan shield held by King Neptune represents the crew, or warriors, the CFL/ACFLs support to keep physically ready to support the mission of the Navy throughout the year. The banner with “the will to win” is the motto of USS Port Royal and “CG 73” represents the ship’s namesake, a U.S. Navy Ticonderoga-class missile cruiser.
