The 8th Fighter Wing's 2017 Annual Awards Ceremony logo is a current representation of the heritage that started Wolf Pack dating back to Col. Robin Old's Operation Bolo mission during the Vietnam War. The 12 stars represent the number of aces during the mission, while the F-4 Phantom II and F-16 Fighting Falcon silhouettes represent a past and present fighting force of the Wolf Pack. The logo is designed as a stand alone identifier for the ceremony for use on products such as coins and programs, as well in designs for posters and invitations.
