The digital art was created using Adobe Software and the focus of the art is the Air Force civil engineers' expanded role in expeditionary construction implementing Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron, Engineer or RED HORSE. The digital art was created in May 2017 and displayed on Air Force Civil Engineer Center website.
