The digital art was created using Adobe Software and the focus of the art is Air Force civil engineers were relied heavily on their support for basing decisions during the Cold War From 1950 to 1953, Air Force installations engineers and Army combat engineers assigned to the Air Force also built and maintained the bases needed to support air power during the Korean Conflict.
