The digital art was created using Adobe Software and the focus of the art is Air Force civil engineers supporting during both Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, executing bed-down, sustainment, and mission support assignments in an international environment with a high level of efficiency and professionalism that was recognized by all U.S. Armed Services.
