The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has changed the way many facets of customer service are conducted, and NOSC Las Vegas has adapted some new techniques and practices to keep both staff and guests safe while delivering the high-quality customer service members have come to expect. The NOSCs mission is to prepare service members to deploy in support of operational forces, deliver high quality customer services and shape the future of the reserve force.
