Offutt Air Force base retired its Open Skies aircraft fleet of two following the United State's withdrawal from the Open Skies Treaty. The OC-135B aircraft were ceremoniously retired in two, separate events. The graphic depicts the Open Skies aircraft flying over the United States and Russia - two of the prominent nations participating in the Open Skies Treaty.
