The Regional Perspectives Report on the Arctic serves as a collection of publicly-disclosed reports from various sources on factors, such as environmental impact, indigenous peoples, technology and resources, of the growing political competition in the region. This graphic was developed as part of Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation’s long-term military training strategic foresight analysis initiative. Allied Command Transformation is NATO’s warfare development command located in North America, dedicated to preserving the peace, security, and territorial integrity of Alliance member states by leading the warfare development of military structures, forces, capabilities and doctrines.
