From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night into the morning, Travis Turnage and other third shift operators at the Washington Aqueduct’s Dalecarlia and McMillan water treatment plants ensure clean and quality drinking water can continue to be delivered to approximately one million citizens living, working, or visiting in the District of Columbia and other areas in northern Virginia to include Arlington County and portions of Fairfax County.
