Meet your Defender, U.S. Army Sgt. Tyler Lorenzo Hunter, assigned to 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, from Clemson, South Carolina joined the Army at a young age and has served for a total of 6 years. A Fire Support Specialist that has deployed to Afghanistan, and has recently risen through the ranks to be an NCO. He learned and performed various roles within his unit such as joint fires observers, which allows him to work alongside Joint Terminal Attack Controllers and aircraft. He is one of the few combat veterans deployed in his unit right now. Hunter is your defender, his ability to lead from the front, taking charge, meeting and exceeding both expectations and standards through the various roles he’s been assigned.
