The 'Soul Stealer' patch was designed for the airmen stationed at the 55th Wing Public Affairs office located at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. The design design is a play off of the old idea that a camera is capable of taking the souls of its subject. The patch depicts the Grim Reaper reaching out toward his subject while his scythe completed the shutter frame around him. The patches are for morale purposes to be worn on Fridays.
