The Program Management Poster was designed for both print and digital usage for the annual PMR review held at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. The plans and programs office (XP) meets with contractors L3 and associates with Big Safari - a program begun in 1952 which provides management, direction, and control of the acquisition, modification, and logistics support for special purpose weapons systems - to discuss current and future modifications of the RC-135V/W Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft and it's specialty variants.
