Poster design to commemorate the brand new WC-135R Constant Phoenix (Tail 4836), The WC-135R Constant Phoenix is Air Force’s newest atmospheric collection aircraft and the first of three new aircraft to the 55th Wing, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. The poster shows the new and improved, large-engine airframe flying over the Pacific. The poster is used both digitally and in print for the formal retirement of the 1960's WC-135W Constant Phoenix and an official welcome for the new, 21st century models flown by the airmen of the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron.
