Smith, Hawaii, Apr. 14, 2022 in order to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the Republic of Korea Marine Corps (ROKMC), as well as recognize the longstanding relationship between the ROKMC and the United States Marine Corps (USMC). This graphic features a stylized image of a ROKMC officer and a USMC officer shaking hands during the re-designation of 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marines into 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment. This design is intended to be distributed by any United States Marine Corps units for official use.
