(Dec. 14, 2022) This graphic was designed as the front and back cover for Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation’s 2023 NATO-accredited Centres of Excellence (COE) catalogue. It was created using vector and raster-based techniques in Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator. The COE catalogue serves as a one-stop-shop for every development center of every facet of HQ SACT’s warfare development agenda. Allied Command Transformation is NATO’s warfare development command located in North America, dedicated to preserving the peace, security, and territorial integrity of Alliance member states by leading the warfare development of military structures, forces, capabilities and doctrines.
