The USACE R&D Newsletter was created to showcase the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers research and development. This publication was produced using Adobe InDesign and other elements incorporated into the design were created or edited using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This edition was printed in October of 2022 for distribution at the quarterly Executive Governance Meeting (EGM). The newsletter features four areas of research and development which include abstracts of longer articles that publish on USACE's website. The goal for the R&D Newsletter is to tell the story of what USACE leading engineers and scientists are discovering which helps promote the mission of the USACE Commanding General LTG Scott Spellmon, which is to elevate R&D within and beyond USACE.
