Identity logo created for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility (IDEA) Employee Resource Group (ERG). The newly established IDEA ERG brings together a former working group and a leadership focus area into one platform, allowing employees and leadership to express their ideas for opportunities for IDEA events, practices, conversations, etc. within the command. The communication efforts with this new IDEA ERG will be “stamped” with this identity logo. This design uses the dark navy blue color from the NSWC Carderock logo as a base, and then incorporates multiple colors in various types of figures to allude to the diversity within everyone.
