Offutt Air Force Base along with its 50 plus tennant units with host an Air Force Birthday Ball September 16 to commemorate 76 years of the Air Force. The logo commemorates this event with a stylized '7' and '6' at the center - the number six also complete with orbital paths and polestars representing both current operations and the future of operations - and the number seven stylized to embody 'Freedom" from the slogan. Offutt and STRATCOM aircraft from both past and present fly out of the four corners and act as a geographic stamp to localize the 76-year celebration. The logo will be used for digital and print advertising, branding for slideshows, invites, ice sculptures, programs, and cake. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Josh Plueger).
