The morale patch was created using Adobe Illustrator to represent the 88th Air Base Wing/Public Affairs at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The patch features the illustration of a Wright Flyer dumping water from a bucket onto the flames surrounding it, the motto "PUTTING OUT FIRES" on the top rocker and "88 ABW PUBLIC AFFAIRS" on the bottom .
