Layout and Design flyer created to highlight the benefits the Direct Affiliate Program offers active duty Marines looking to transition to the reserve component, Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Oct. 13, 2023. Per MARADMINS 520/23 the DAP provides unique benefits to active component (AC) Marines who desire a seamless transition to the reserve component (RC). Marines must agree to serve in a valid Billet Identification Code (BIC) commensurate with grade and primary military occupational specialty (PMOS) or necessary military occupational specialty (NMOS), per the current Reserve Affairs (RA) BIC Assignment and Management Policy.
