This concert poster was designed for the annual U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band’s Sounds of the Season concert series held at Bellevue East High School. The three-day concert hosts four shows to local-area publics as part of the band’s community outreach operations. The theme for the concert is "Home for the Holidays"; The military community is from all corners of the United States and the Heartland of America Band is no different. Each snow globe, in the winter landscape, signifies the different regions that the band members are from; Hawaii, Arizona, and Michigan are all highlighted while a band member walks toward them on their way back home. Most elements were drawn in Adobe Illustrator while texture, brushwork were accomplished in Adobe Photoshop. The graphic was used in both print and digital mediums to include social media posts, tickets, video, and print posters. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Josh Plueger)
